Her passion to travel has widened her horizon and given depth to her projects. She found her niche in designing contemporary homes juxtaposed with intricate detailing, optimum usage of spaces, restrained colour palettes, adding the ‘shock’ factor with art, ‘conversation’ pieces, mirrors, accessories, etc. Her design ethos reflects an eclectic mélange of ancient tradition (mother of pearl in-lays, ‘thikri’ work, marble jails) with a modern vocabulary in a manner that no one can tell where one ended and the other began.
A cruise on the Amazon River brought her in touch with Markus Benz who owns Walter Knoll, a 150 years old premium furniture company in Germany.
