Dr. Anita Kshetri, Associate Professor – Marketing, KIAMS recently presented a Case Study research paper with two students of B19, Amogh Somani and Akshay Phadke at the 12 th SIMSR Global Marketing Conference. Organized by K J Somaiya College, the conference has gained in stature as is highly anticipated in management academia. Held on 9 th and 10 th Feb 2017, New Age Customer Centric Marketing was the theme of this year’s conference.
In keeping with the theme, Dr. Anita Kshetri and her wards presented their cast study paper on“Ratnakar Bank Limited (RBL): The Underdog Leading Its Way Holistically". It was a highly relevant paper that mapped the road to success for the relative newcomer in the banking sector. It made its mark at the conference that draw research papers from all over the world and was a huge success.
